The location is excellent! ! With stunning views from the upper terrace and efficient check-in procedures, it makes for a great stay.

Yet, the rooms lack proper amenities like air conditioning, making it uncomfortable during warmer days.

I could hardly believe this hotel is supposed to be five stars. The toilet didn't flush and the shower fell off, and yet no one seemed to care. I expected at least a room upgrade for all the inconveniences, but I guess that's too much to ask for. Would have been a memorable stay, but alas, just couldn't.

The Suites Capri Reforma Angel 380 offers a prime location right on Reforma, making it extremely convenient for travelers. The spacious room features a kitchenette and a comfortable sofa. Large windows that provide great city views. The Skydeck on the 22nd floor is an excellent spot for enjoying stunning panoramas of the city. Overall, it’s a great value for such a central location, especially during festive times like Day of the Dead.

Rooftop views were extraordinary, especially at sunset.

Location stood out, right on Reforma near El Angel with great views and easy access to restaurants. The room was spacious with a kitchenette, and despite the lack of air conditioning, opening the windows helped. I enjoyed the rooftop terrace. the views from there at sunset were breathtaking. However, the bathroom amenities were minimal, lacking a kettle for brewing coffee, which was inconvenient. Cleaning service could use improvement. I noticed dust and hair on the floor upon arrival, and there were issues with the internet that took a while to fix. Still, it was a decent stay overall, especially for the price.

Additionally, I had to deal with very uncomfortable and noisy surroundings, as the walls were quite thin. The general upkeep of the room was disappointing, with sharp edges on the carpet causing discomfort, and I felt unsafe in a room where the main door could barely lock.

Perfect view and hot choco!

Awesome spot with a killer view of The Angel. Got some cool stuff from the market right across the street. The hot chocolate at the cafe downstairs was a real winner! Just a heads up, the bed wasn't the comfiest, so I didn't get the best sleep.

Perfect location! The rooftop view is very nice for photos, and the well-equipped kitchenette made me feel at home like a solo traveler.
